"For the first time, my rear window was completely cleaned. The roof of my car extends over the rear window by 2-3 inches creating a ledge that traps dirt & dust. It was so nice to have that cleaned! Osha, The young man who assisted me was very courteous and thoughtful. He spoke(which usually does not happen), smiled."
