"I don’t like to leave bad reviews but I am absolutely floored with my experience here. First, they lied to me for over a month that one of my shirts wasn’t ready yet. Finally, they admitted they messed it up. When I went back to get it eventually (about 6 weeks after I originally dropped it off), they gave me the wrong shirt. This review doesn’t even include the stains and buttons ripped off my other shirts I had them “clean”. The only good thing I have to say is the employees were nice but services were awful."

"Half the dryers do not work- I’ve seen roaches in there twice and this last time one was crawling on me. That is absolutely disgusting. It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned a day in it’s life. Having roaches in a facility where people wash and dry their clothes is disgusting. If I could give 0 stars, I would."

"My husband and I drive a tractor and trailer and we was passing through and had to wash our clothes. This is the nastiest place I’ve ever been to. And I’ve been to a lot of truckstops, and that’s saying something it was dirty had roaches everywhere. The heat was extreme and trash everywhere 0/10"

"April 21, 2023 Newberry, SC. Laundromat is only 3.2 miles from Interstate 26 and is located behind Starbucks and CVS. The washing machines use from 12 to 22 quarters. Change machine had one bill/coin changer working. Nearby is a Walmart, several banks, lots of fast food restaurants, auto parts stores, Dollar General store (that has bagged ice and propane tanks), Anytime Fitness, Starbucks, Badcock Furniture, Harbor Freight, Tractor Supply, gas stations, motels and more in Newberry. The dry cleaner business closes at 6 pm. The laundromat, next door, closes promptly at 11 p.m. Washing machine doors need cleaning. Some dryers and washers are not working. Lots of dryer sheets left on the floor. 7 pm Friday.. Only 9 people using the laundromat. Overall a 3.5 laundromat."
