"I've been in the shop numerous times for pedicures. The last time my sis and I had our eyebrows waxed too. An excellent job on both by Nia. My eyebrows are difficult to get even because of a scar on one of them but Nia is the only person that got both brows the same! I've also had Mackenzie do my nails in acrylics. We were in a hurry and she still did an amazing job! She's a sweet person too. This time I had Han(sp) do a fill for me. He did a fantastic job and we had a wonderful conversation that was so interesting I could have stayed and conversed all day. I've had a positive experience every visit and always leave feeling better ( prettier ) than when I came in."

"I initially spoke with Nia over the phone, inquiring about a $30 pedicure for my 5-year-old niece and specifically confirming the option for regular polish. When we arrived, I reiterated my preference for regular polish on both hands and feet for my niece's birthday. However, during the process, I noticed the use of a gel polish machine, which wasn't what I had requested during our phone conversation. I expressed my confusion, emphasizing that I had asked for regular polish. The lack of clarity and the unexpected use of gel polish was disappointing, especially since I had mentioned it was my niece's special day, and I was visiting from out of town. Additionally, when I requested callus treatment, the service seemed rushed, and the worker appeared annoyed when I pointed out that my feet still felt rough. I asked to soak some and it was completely ignored. The overall experience left me unsatisfied with both the service and customer service, and regrettably, I won't be returning."
