"I LOVE MY NAILS! I moved here back in October and have not found a salon that can do a halfway decent set of nails. This one is about 30 minutes out of my way but 100% worth the drive. Yen was amazing and gave me exactly what I asked for. Staff is all very friendly and salon is very clean."
"Highly impressed with how caring and gracious their staff is. My daughter has anxiety, and it was her first time getting an mani-pedi. She sat patiently waiting to tell me after all of the services that her color was wrong. She was too afraid to say something, but their kind staff member came outside to talk to my daughter. Thank you so much for making the best out of the situation."
"This was my 1st time here I went to get a refill with gel polish and only paid about $50 which is cheap down here compared to where I used to always get my nails done is half the price as being down here in SC but they did an amazing job and I am extremely happy with this place."
"This place seems really hit-or-miss in terms of quality of the service you receive. My mom and I had an appointment - but it seems like they take that tern incredibly loosely. Despite having an appointment in the books from days prior, we had to wait for 45 minutes before anyone was available to help us. Walk-ins we're taken before us, as well as someone who had an appointment for an hour after us but had requested a specific nail tech. When I finally was given a chair, I had two very different experiences. The woman who did my pedicure was quiet and kind of short with me, and did not do a great job on my polish or on the experience of the pedicure itself. When I went over to get my manicure, the other woman I went to was very personable and chatty, and she did an astounding job on my nails. They are still flawless over two weeks later, not a single chip or anything. The woman who did my mom's nails told her to change her color to one thing that didn't match her toe color at all, made a pointed statement about my mom asking for a third coat (the polish was very light), and generally acted like she knew what was best even though it ended up not looking very good based on her suggestions."
