"Stood around for more than 5 minutes waiting for help to purchase several hundred dollars of deck stain, NO HELP!!! One guy cutting keys, which I assume was a VERY taxing issue as it required ALL of his attention. Other guy was more interested in chatting with someone who was already checked out about a deer the fellows son had shot. I try to patronize smaller / local stores over the big box stores, but y'all, you need to do a bit of customer service. I'll stop in to buy some nails or screws, that's about it."
