"This is my Second time in a row in this store during the week and weekend where I've had to stand in line for over 35 mins. As a business owner and operator I step in and step up to help fill the role of my staff. I ask the manger if she could help assist the cashier in expedite the process to prevent customers from leaving and she basically said no, we're always hiring. Unfortunately it doesn't matter how many employees you may have if you dont know how to first use what you have and mange yourself in any situations."
