Royal Nail and Spa

"Been coming to this salon every month for 6 months straight since it’s closer to where I live. It was hard finding a decent salon in Augusta since I relocated from Texas. I’ve tried a few in various areas within the city, but once I found Royal Nail and Spa I don’t go anywhere else unless I’m back in Texas where I go to my normal salon and technicians. At Royal, Henry, does my nail sets and he does my pedicures too - if he’s available. I’ve had pedi’s from a few of the ladies and they’re good too. If Henry isn’t available Tom does great nail designed and pedi’s. David is another gentleman who does wonderful nail designers too. The salon does get busy on the weekend. If you want to get a wonderful technician I highly recommend scheduling an appointment. They also have other services such as waxing and lashes. I haven’t tried either, so I can’t comment on those services."

"My first time here. I was a walk in and was served very quickly. Great customer service and attention to detail was done for my pedicure. I have the smallest toenails, but he did a fantastic job doing natural white tips. Great job"

"First time here and very happy with my full set of chrome nails with David! He came highly recommended and as a walk-in, he did a beautiful and detailed job in 45 mins!"

"I’ve never realized how patient my 5yo is until after waiting 50min today after arriving at our appt time (4pm on a Saturday, no other customers on our side of the salon) to start a pedicure. (I thought making an appt and waiting 30min for mine to start was bad). It’s not even crowded. We didn’t even get them done “together” because the same person did hers after finishing mine (after telling me that another employee would be coming soon to do hers). Idk why they have 8 kids chairs if this is the case. 2 stars only because Anna did a good job once it started, and I’ve been here before, trying to give them benefit of the doubt. They did apologize for the wait at the 20min point."

"I am very happy with my first experience here. I didn’t have an appointment, so there was a bit of a wait. I asked for almond shaped black dip nails. The tech started working, then advised against the dip. He asked if he could do acrylic and gel polish. I said sure, and I am glad I did. He did a great job on my nails, and used color-changing polish. They look so good!"
