K D Nails

"I went to get fill in last Friday. By the following Monday the overlay started lifting at the base of the nail and popped off while I was turning on a light switch. Went right back to get it fixed and was told it would cost 5.00. After questioning him about why I had to pay anything as it has been less than a week ago since spending good money to get my nails done, this young man proceeded to tell me, "since you don't have the money don't worry about paying this time". Missing the entire point and principle of the matter and never apologized for the inconvenience of me having to take time out of my busy schedule to go back days after having nails done to get it fixed. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I work entirely too hard to throw my money away on such terrible service. There are too many nail salons in the area and will NOT EVER go back to this place."

"I missed Maria doing my mani. She was amazing. This new young girl did a horrible job. The guy came and told me to be careful with my nails. I paid $60 so don't tell me to be careful. She did not do a good job gluing down the tips and the nails had cracking lines though them a week later. I got and S&S. The man that did the manicure did an outstanding job."

"they burned my eye and did fat bulky nails on my sister. They charged her $50 for them. Do not recommend."

"The diamond nails that the mall messed them up. I wanted marble and that’s not what I got so, i went somewhere different. I went to KD nails and Tracy did an amazing job and they are all friendly. Ton is also very funny and nice. My experience there was amazing and they also did a great job on my toes. I would most definitely recommend this place and Ton and Tracy. My nails got fixed right up and I love them. I have had them on for about 2 weeks now and they are still in great shape!"

"This place trashes the area around them. This picture is of the nice brick facia outside where the dirty staff stash their cigarette butts. They only take cash because they're not reporting anything on taxes. Feel free to ask for a picture ID and check it against the cosmology licenses after 5pm and weekends because that's when the inspector stops showing up to salons and the staff stop understanding English."
