"Went to this shop to get a pedicure and had a terrible experience. The technician was so rough when scrubbing my heels with the scrapper that he ended up taking skin off resulting in my heel bleeding. The rest of my pedicure just burned the whole time after that. I was still charged full price and not even a discount or a bandaid was offered. Would not recommend."

"Warning !!! Don't use this place for waxing. It's over expensive with no proper equipment or staff for waxing. They charged me 50 dollars for half leg waxing and 50 dollars for arms. 30 dollars for underarms. This is not even a place for waxing but still charged much more than other proper waxing outlets too. Total waste of money. They did not even use peel off wax , it was regular honey wax. Edit : You call this reasonable??? Half lex waxing is max 35 dollars across waxing outlets and underarms is 18 dollars. Look at the burn you have caused on my eye lid with your cheap wax. You don't even know the proper temperature of wax to be put on face. I would suggest people to stay away from this place."

"I used to love coming here for the reasonable prices, no so much reasonable anymore. I felt as if I got overcharged on my last visit but I know for sure now. Seems like they haven’t updated the price list or whatever. Instead of $25 pedicure that I asked for with gel which would be an option extra $10, in total would have been $35.. I got charged $45 & still tipped $5 on top of that. Needless to say I might as well go to any nail shop if I’m going to pay $45 for a basic pedicure In response, there was literally no polish on my feet when I came in I have not had my toes done in months, came in with bare feet. So $5 added for polish removal that I DID NOT have on my toes just let’s me know to go elsewhere where things are better communicated"

"Tommy did such a fantastic job with my nails. He was professional and friendly. I honestly wouldn't have found them if I didn't do a generic Google search for nails near me, and I'm so glad I did!! They were honest and affordable. I will be coming back for sure. Go ahead and get crazy with those rhinestones, be unique and trust your tech! I told him to do whatever he liked with the design, and I wasn't disappointed!"
