"You know I have been going to Chris nails since they opened originally in Grovetown. I have never been so mad as they made me today. I went in around 1 o’clock to get a pedicure. They were busy. I was told to come back at three I got back there about 310 because there was an accident on the road so I got caught in traffic, Kevin looked at me and told me he they had given me an appointment for 3 o’clock so I would just have to wait. Now I don’t mind waiting because normally you do end up waiting but for him to speak that way to me literally flipped a switch in my mind. And it stabbed a knife in my heart because I have been with him so long. I had them give me the money back for the gift card that I had of which his wife wanted to run her mouth and I just flat out told her you’re not the owner of the shop. A fabulous nail tech and she does a great pedicure, but I will not be talked to the manner. I was talk to today . And I will not go back to Chris nails. Which disappoints me because I am a long-standing customer for them. I’m used to going in there and cutting up with them and enjoying the time that I’m there but evidently they have forgotten or at least two of them have forgotten What customer service means and how to speak to people and that’s such a shame so they get a one star they sure do because they broke through my blood pressure medication today. I am so disappointed. So disappointed in the treatment today Kevin you should be ashamed."

"Super happy with my nails! I came in, without an appointment, and they were pretty busy. They still were able to get me in in a pretty quick span of time. Was super happy with my technician, T Y, and will definitely go back and see her. My nails look amazing. They feel amazing and she listened to that little particular thing I wanted her to do on one of my nails. She did everything with a smile and a laugh, and I felt really welcome."

"You will get cut and bleed and they will think it is funny. Went in to remove acrylic nails. Tech had the drill up high and took my skin off and nail off. Told me to relax. In so much pain all day. Never again will I get my nail done here. I was even charged."

There are so many colors available!If there is a wait it's worth it The area is so clean, beautiful and always has something to relax to watch on the TV!"
