"Kathy and her staff at Balance Medical and Day Spa were wonderful! A relaxing environment with the privacy of multiple rooms accommodating their wide range of services is hands down the best experience I have ever had in a spa. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable of the services offered, as well as educating their clients on the vast options available. Located off Lake Murray BLVD in Irmo, with plenty of parking and access for all individuals, this is the place to go in IRMO, SC to "treat yourself"! We were able to snag one of their wonderful treatments specials for Valentines day."

"This was my first time coming to this spa. I was in so much pain last night, I was reading reviews and chose this place at 3am. When I arrived I was promptly greeted. It is on the smaller side, sharing a side with a hairstyle place. Everything was tidy and clean. Nothing out of place. The massage room is small, so maneuvering to change can be a tiny challenge. Donna was very professional yet inviting. She made me feel very at home. She informed me that my full 90 minutes will be the massage , unlike other places that work your dressing time into that. We spoke about my challenges. Her massage was very relaxing I will add her to my list of therapist. I only have one other therapist. If that tells you anything about my expectations . She provides a very thorough , thoughtful and relaxing massage. I appreciate her dedication to the craft and quality. She also informed me that she specializes in relaxing massage while another therapist there is really good at deep tissue."
