I needed a same day appointment and of course, they were booked. After learning the reason for our visit, Patrice agreed to stay late and take care of her. She was amazing! She really went above & beyond to make sure we were taken care of! My daughter got exactly what she wanted. She is thrilled with her new look!! The staff and atmosphere were wonderful.
