"Very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, caring, and helpful staff that genuinely love what they do. They always give our pets their full attention and go over everything thoroughly to help us decide what’s right for them. Highly recommend this VCA branch to anyone looking for consistent and professional veterinary services in the area!"
"TL;DR: Predatory vet “care” with horrible bedside manner and even worse time management skills. We recently took our newly adopted dog in for a complementary exam that was offered by the Humane Society. Unfortunately, our experience at VCA was far from satisfactory. From the beginning, time management and customer service seemed to be non-existent. Despite arriving 15 minutes early as requested, we were left waiting for a staggering 45 minutes past our scheduled appointment before anyone attended to us. This extended wait time, coupled with a scared and anxious dog, made the situation even more challenging. The care team's attitude was cold and unwelcoming. Rather than taking the time to discuss our dog's medical history from the shelter, the exam felt rushed and devoid of any explanations. They nonchalantly presented us with the prices of additional services without any prior discussion or consideration. To add to the frustration, the needed medication for our dog wasn't in stock, forcing us into a monthly mail-order arrangement with zero information provided. This lack of transparency was concerning, especially considering our dog's heartworm-positive status and the impending treatment. When we sought information about the upcoming treatment, the care team provided vague, and evasive responses, leaving us with more questions than answers. After spending more time waiting than getting an exam done, the takeaways were an iPad presentation on service costs and zero consideration for anyone else and their time. Overall, our experience at VCA was far from satisfactory, and we won't be returning. We strongly recommend exploring alternative options for your pet's care before considering VCA."
"I’ve been taking my cats here since I adopted them 4 years ago and always had a good experience, but I recently moved into a new house and have a stray that has been hanging around, clearly in need of some help. I took her to VCA to get checked out and they truly went above and beyond to help this sweet elderly girl. Dr. Brittni Morris and her vet tech were kind and helpful and treated her like a queen. I can’t thank them enough for easing my mind and helping get her taken care of! Five stars! ⭐️"
"Best veterinarian hospital I've ever been to. They are compassionate about your pet. I can't say enough about these people. I took my cat there and signed up for the wellness program. The price is very fair. Oh yeah by the way the first office visit is free. I came across a 13 year old cat that lives next door to me and it was clear he was very sick and wasn't going to be around very long. I took him in and gave him the best last two months of his life. I brought him to the VCA greater Savannah animal hospital and they did not charge me for the visit to look and then they did something that no one else would ever do and that is they gave me a free flea treatment for him. That's a $30 flea treatment they gave me for free. I wouldn't dare take my animal anywhere else but here."
