"I brought my dog here for what we thought was stomach issues and trusted the vet to do a thorough exam they said he’s fine give him pumpkin he probably has an upset stomach from anxiety. Ok give him pumpkin daily. He woke up yesterday with no use of his back legs and I immediately made an appointment and took him back. They told me to take him to a specialist pay thousands of dollars for a treatment that could possibly work and I decided then to leave for a different vet. The other vet told us we could try medication and today my precious dog was able to take steps. Had I stayed at Banfield I would have made the decision to put him down because I could not afford the surgery. Take your pets to Faulkville Animal Hospital if you want them to see a vet that cares."

"-10 out of 10, do not recommend. Paid for a pet that was not nor has NEVER been mine. They claimed that a card had to be attached to the plan, so they used mine. Brought to their attention, and the only thing they could do was offer a 2 month refund even though it's been 3 years. The whole time I thought I was paying for my pet, it turned out I was not."

"This morning as we were leaving our home, we found a severely injured kitten on the front lawn. We scooped it up, wrapped in a towel, and en route called Banfield to let them know we were coming. They are not our regular vet, so had no reason to take any special care of us or this little one. And yet they said come right in. One of the techs met us at the door and immediately brought the kitten in to be looked at by the vet. They assessed her external injuries immediately, gave us our options, and were really great to deal with. Much appreciated and grateful for the personal care and service provided."
