"I had some potentially rare quarters that I wanted to get checked out because I have no experience with coinage. If they arranged at decent prices I probably would have come off of a few. Instead of looking at me from a business standpoint, Brad proceeds to pull coins from his register and shake them in my face while saying "look I have coins too". The man really upset me. I had to bite my lip and smile.. I was completely embarrassed. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED BRAD OF THE VILLAGE PAWN SHOP OR THE VILLAGE PAWNSHOP OF NEWBERRY COUNTY. Absolutely terrible service. The guys working there were patient and kind. So if you have anything you'd like to take there I recommend turning BRAD away and speaking to another representative. But they are much better pawn shops in the surrounding counties. Don't waste your time here. As his time is more precious than yours."

"Lots of Good Deals. I Have bought computers, Xbox’s and Xbox accessories, TV’s, Housewares, and multiple tools at a great price. I work out of town most of the time and try to get by if I am taking a day off. If you can’t find something your looking for , be patient and eventually it would show up on their shelf. Very reasonable and competitive prices. My kids enjoy the visit and my older children usually visit on their own time."

"Horrible customer service. Went in to browse around, not looking for anything in particular. When I found something that I would like to purchase the item was overpriced and not worth it. The gentleman working that day had a bad attitude and had poor customer service skills. I will not be returning to this business again."
