"The company that I work for ordered letters from this company for our sign because we had lost our letters previously. We got our order in and found our old letters (isn't that just our luck). We asked the company if we could make a return, and it comes with a restocking fee for the product. In looking further, they overcharged us for shipping (a package that only weighs 3 pounds they charged us for a 10 pound package), they had never sent us a specified invoice, and the customer service rep wasn't helpful. We had to pay for the return shipping (most decent companies will cover return shipping), and in the long run we might as well have just thrown away the letters and not even bothered dealing with this company. Which is too bad... Hopefully they will get better in the future."
