"Been sitting here since 1pm waiting for my daughter’s prescription. Checked at 120 and the girl at checkout (weird name) who was very rude told me they were going to lunch and would need to come back at 230. So we waited around the store that entire time @230 it still was not ready. Unacceptable customer service from the young girl. Will never come to this pharmacy again."

"Friday, sept 22, I called the pharmacy when it opened at 9 am to see if my rx had been processed. I was told they were working on it. I went to the pharmacy at 2:30, only to be told by a standoffsish young girl at the register that they were working on it. I explained that I called at 9 am and was told the same thing. All she said was it'll be 15 minutes and did I want to wait in the pharmacy. No sorry, no smile. Nothing. I turned around and walked away. I came back 20 minutes later only to be told it would be 5 minutes. Still not ready. Then the rude girl called my name. She asked for the 3rd time my birthdate. You would think she would know it by then. She rang it up, no interaction, no thank you, have a nice day, nothing, but yelling 'consult'. There was another girl in the line complaining about her before I even got up for the 3rd time. I'm always pleasant. Never get mad as long as my wait is acknowledged with a decent 'i'm sorry about the wait' or something. The cashier next to her was watching as I told her how rude she was. She said she, the rude one, hasn't been there long, and she had been told about her attitude before. I had to wait for the pharmacist, but I didn't mind that because she apologized for the wait. I told her no problem. Now that's customer service. I will not let her wait on me again. I get home after 6 hours working on 3 pills. Still wouldn't have been so put out if it hadn't been for miss 'personality' plus."

"I just had to leave a review! The pharmacist stayed well after closing to make sure I got my meds!!! Very pleasant and knowledgeable as well! The entire crew is great!!!"
