"I loved that the staff didn't jump on me as soon as I walked in the door asking if I needed help. I know that's generally accepted as good customer service but if you know what you're after and can find it on your own it's a hindrance usually. They gave me several minutes on my own and then asked if I needed help. I appreciate this approach. I knew what I was after and everything I needed to know in order to get it. I was only comparing my options and the staff realized that and left me to it. As a result I didn't feel rushed or as frequently happens to women in parts stores - patronized. Great experience even though the one option I was looking for had been discontinued."
