"This is the second time our unit has been busted into this time. They literally wipe this clean now it's gonna take possibly 6 to 8 weeks for us to find out and yes after the 1st ti.e we paid extra for insurance. Now they expected me to pay an extra $99. So I could just clean my storage unit which was three boxes of nothing. When we spoke to the cop tonight it happened. He said that they had been telling this place repeatedly. They need better security cameras and nobody's listened. I get that the payments do on the first. They knew I worked an hour from here. And every time we got here they were closed or they were leaving or something. You would think seeing that this is the second time the unit has been broke into. They would make commendations instead of expecting money from us."

"If I could leave 0 stars I would. I went to my unit over a month ago and put a few items in it. I came back yesterday to put a few more things in there and I found my lock on the ground outside the unit, the door was cut, and a new lock was on it. I called the office phone number as it was after business hours and they said there were no notes as to why my lock was not on there anymore and I could not find out anything until the manager got there today. Long story short, I had over $2000 worth of items in there that were stolen. Police report was filed- the officer said to my boyfriend and me that this happens WEEKLY!!! The office never even called to inform me they put a new lock on the unit, much less that my unit had been broken into!! Do not store your things at this storage unit unless you never want to see them again. Also- there were 2 units that I personally saw people living in..."

"I rarely post reviews, but I feel compelled to post one regarding this facility. We are emptying our storage unit here after the fourth break-in in three years. After each one, we have asked if the facility plans to do anything to improve security measures, like install interior cameras instead of just relying on exterior ones. Each time the answer has been no, and the security concerns have clearly not been resolved. The last straw was after the most recent notification, when we learned they did not even plan to report the break-in to law enforcement unless we went through the unit and itemized any personal property that was taken. This inaction will only incentivize continued break-ins on the property's units. Unfortunately, I now have no confidence in the security of my belongings at this facility."

"The move in was an ordeal!! I told them ahead of time I was moving out of an apartment and had furniture and boxes to store. My husband was trying to get stuff moved in and was told he was at the wrong unit and would only deal with me!! After much aggravation, the unit was tiny and for the money they charge expected alot better!! Had to transfer to a larger unit at much higher rate and took a bit to get set up as I called a few times and couldn't get anyone on the phone!! Better customer service and professionalism would've been much appreciated!!"
