Upstate Nails

"There were two nail techs and I only wish I had gotten the other. This nail tech did a horrible job. She was rude and short. Told her she scraped my skin and she didn’t seem to care. Asked me to pay before she polished and I’m sure when she didn’t get a tip she was extra uncaring. I only got powder polish removed and a manicure with clear polish and I was overcharged. She did not use cuticle oil either. At this point I didn’t want her doing anything else to my hands. When she was done putting lotion on while barely touching my hands. No massage at all, she simply says, “ok”. I’ll never go again and suggest you don’t waist your money."

"My new favorite salon place! I recommend this place! I was looking for a nail salon and most salons were already closing so I decided to stop here since this place closes at 7 and I was pleasantly surprised how they did my nails, they really took their time and got my nails done soo well! I got acrylic nails, pedicure, gel toe nails and they were painted literally the best I’ve ever had them painted before!"

The staff was gentle and soft spoken, and were very nice about every step, and the atmosphere was very calming, and made you feel absolutely relaxed and welcomed in. With my experience, the nail care was incredible, because I noticed her make sure every step was taken perfectly, and that my nails were absolutely clean cut and painted flawlessly. It was mesmerizing to watch, and she was so professional and assuring with her craft."
