"Staff were super friendly and they did an amazing job! We couldn’t be happier with my nails!"
"Such a wonderful first time experience here… from the moment I was greeted at the door until I was finished. Love, love, love my nails and Mya was the absolute BEST… Think I just found my new home…. Thank you for making this experience truly a customer centered experience."
"They did such a good job and were very patient! They took their time to make sure I liked them and they were very nice and always asking if I was OK or if I liked what they were doing. I will be coming again."
"This place is wonderful! I’ve had my nails done twice before at different places and it always seemed impatient and sometimes it hurt. But this place was super relaxing and everything was super gentle! And I’m in love with the outcome. It looks exactly like my reference picture and everyone is so nice :)"
"It has been the worst experience with my nails. My nails have been destroyed. I was there for over 2 hours to get the worst manicure. And it's not cheap. I don't know why they take appointments if there isn't enough staff. The man served me and then went to serve two more and receive more clients. Everything is really ridiculous. It hurts more that my nails were brittle and damaged. I was like this for more than 30 minutes waiting to be attended to. Sorry but the language is not an impediment to serving a client well. And they know perfectly well that it was me who was patient. And the hard gel thing, it's fine, but it's strange because my nails have never been damaged before. If a classmate doesn't tell you to check my nails, you don't even come close because you were trying to serve everyone at the same time. I don't care about money, I care about quality. Do you want to see my nails now? As soon as they were painted, they had calluses on my feet and hands."
