"I have been eating from this wing zone for over 10 years but this is the worst they have ever been my wings so so big and it was no flavor. I spent $36 on something I can’t even eat while he sat in the back and played with his dread I will never go here again"

"Placed an online order on Christmas Eve in the middle of the afternoon only to arrive arrive 20 minutes later with a handwritten paperbag sign on the door saying they closed at 12 because the system was down. They still charged my card and when I called several times on the next business day nobody ever answered the phone. I went in and got the managers number and she never answered my call or the call of her employee. After waiting almost an hour and realizing I wasn't going to get a refund. I was given chicken instead that was very tasteless and I never heard from the manager"

"I ordered 2 of the 6 piece wing baskets and when I got home realized my order was not correct. The Buffalo wings basket was supposed to be light sauce and French fries. It was overloaded with sauce and had wedges with it. I also ordered the garlic parmesan wings basket with kettle chips and instead only received boneless wings with an unknown sauce, nothing else. I called and then went back to get the garlic parm wings and kettle chips. When I got it home the wings looked old and overcooked and the sauce did not look appetizing at all. The kettle chips were okay but overcooked. Staff was very nice about the issue and gave me a few extra wings but I could not eat them."

"Not open at 12:15 when the hours are clearly put forth on their website. Not a good look for a place that is already under scrutiny for poor customer service. Pics were taken about 3 minutes after arriving"

"I was skeptical to order bc of the reviews, but my food was actually fresh and good . Especially the funnel cake fries and wings were Louisiana LP. Wings were really big. I don’t like big chicken lol . Sauce was good on wings tho. I would give them a 6.5/7 out of 10. FC fries 10 out of 10. Lady over phone was nice!"
