"The staff is great with our pets, but they lack in people skills. How hard is it to politely greet a customer? Or maintain a conversation pertaining a dog without attitude or tone shifts? I understand there are a lot of things going on at once for these workers, but that’s any job. Front desk staff always seems irritated and annoyed— in return being not so pleasant to interact with during drop off and pick up."

"My daughter works here , and I can tell you that these folks absolutely love these animals. It is a very positive , happy place for her to be working at. I give them five stars because I know from all the dogs and cats that she talks about , that they are loved and very well cared for . "Love this place. Have been taking my dogs here for 20 years. They are amazing. I am disappointed that I have to find another kennel due to the canine influenza short not being available. My dogs get their shot annually and I have loom everywhere. When asked them why they are still insisting on it, was told that influenza has been in the are for more than 10 years….. didn’t have to have it 4-5 years ago. Now I am forced to find another kennel. Dang shot….. one has it, the other GSD I just got a month ago. Can’t find it. I hate that I have to find another place."

"We had a great vacation knowing that our fur-babies were well taken care of. They had playcare for the first time. I was told they were unsure if they (dogs) wanted to play with others. The staff enjoyed the one in one with my babies. Beau really loved the belly rubs he got."

"This was my second time to take my Golden Retriever/ Great Pyrenees there for a bath and trim. My big girl looks so good!! I dropped her off around 8am and picked her up at 11am. The staff is super friendly, quick- but wonderful and affordable! I highly recommend them!!"
