"Very honest on diagnosis of our pet Puli age 2 nearly 3 with serious luxating patella's, and arthritis already present in his spine. Excellent advice as our dog has bad genetics from a bad breeder. We talked about surgery on both legs one and another in 6 months, but all the money in the world can't fix bad genes. Veterinarian Ms. Miller was direct and very caring with us at a delicate time for us."

"I have a 14 year old dog. He was to be put down today. I made all the arrangements yesterday set the appointment. We were supposed to see Dr. Buckallew. And Dr. Andrew Quesada came in and would not but him down. He said he has allergies. Our dog is in pain and I have never been so disappointed in a vet in my life. I miss Jane best vet ever because she cared and was not about the money and playing with your heart, to make her money. And the bill will be 622.45 . We can not keep paying this and we just wanted him out of pain. We will never use this vet again. And we were with Jane for over 40 years. This is very sad for every pet owner because we trust our vet’s to take care of our beloved family members."

"Dr Buckallew was very attentive and took his time with my dog to try to diagnose a chronic condition. He and his assistant were very hands on and loving to her, and I was glad that I had brought her back in. She also was able to get her annual visit and shots done while we were there, saving a need for another appointment. Staff stay busy but always are kind and caring here at the Murrayville clinic."
