"LL Flooring did a fantastic job putting in our new teak flooring. Everyone involved, from Matt the salesman to the two men who installed the flooring, they all did their best to make sure this was a pleasant experience as we were living in the house while the flooring was being installed. I have never seen two men work as hard as those two flooring installers. The floors look perfect!"

"I would not purchase from this company again. They told us one thing regarding the installation process. Then when the installers began the installation, we received a phone call that we needed to pay an additional amount of $2,200.00. We were told if we didn't pay it, they would stop the installation. The information that was communicated to us was that the install included measuring, inspection of flooring for necessary leveling, and then the floors would be leveled as necessary to ensure a professional installation. We were never told that this would be an additional charge or this part. They talk a wonderful and friendly talk. We were told there would be a resolution and we would get call back. We never heard from them again. The installers had to redo several sections of flooring due to their errors and it was at our expense. They left a horrible mess! We paid an additional amount for shoe molding to be added which was supposed to included caulking and filling in all nail heads. That was horrible. I do have pictures to prove it. When we reached out to the install manager, he came back out supposedly to correct the issues. He never looked at the whole job. Almost every nail hole we had to go back and fill in. They are not cheap, so this is not one of those "get what you pay for." Please read reviews because I should have adhered to them. This is not a company you want to give your money to."

"We purchased hardwood floors, tools and supplies back in January. LL Flooring was so easy to work with that we came back in November to do our attic. I miscalculated and was short by one box. I called and spoke with Matt. He checked the system and saw that the N Charleston store had 1 box left. He was kind enough to call ahead. By the time we got to the store, they had pulled the box and were waiting for us. Super awesome customer service that you don’t see every day! Thanks so much! If you are a contractor I highly recommend doing business with them. They have most of what you need and they deliver the product faster than any other retail outfit.
