"Used to be a great place but unfortunately has gone downhill. Not only do they pressure you when your pet is sick to "relieve their pain" quickly, they charge you $400 for a private room to say goodbye. The only positive part of the place is Christi, she is an absolute angel."
"I don’t know if the doctors are not educated or even looked at my pet. I came in with an eye problem, they said my cats ears were dirty so that’s why his eye was so dilated. Spent $200 and some ear cleaning. A month and about $700 later at a different vet my cat has glaucoma. And I’m now taking him to a more expensive specialist and he might not get his vision back since I waited a month with this place and their answer to just do this and “wait to see how it goes down” I’m very upset that my cat will be partially blind because of this doctor and office staff."
"I would recommend Banfield to anyone who needs pet health services. They were very thorough when it came to helping my Husky."
"The staff and Dr s are all so kind and explain things about my dogs visit , makes sure I have everything I need to get the best results for him"
"The short version: I would trust Dr. Harris with my own life. I also can’t thank the clinic staff enough for being so supportive and so good with my pup who gets so stressed out seeing the doctor. The long version: 2 years ago, my dog was tested for Cushings. It came back negative, but since then she’s been undergoing treatment for all kinds of issues that I assumed was her getting older and spayed early (she was spayed at 8 weeks before I adopted her at the humane society). She’s now 10. My dog’s regular vet at Banfield left, and I had considered following her to her new clinic, but a few months ago, my pup needed to be seen right away, so we got assigned to Dr. Harris. After checking over my dog, Dr. Harris actually sat down with me to have a real conversation. She told me she felt like my dog needed to be retested, that as she reviewed my dog’s file, she thinks the first test could have been a false negative, and the ailments we were currently treating her for would stay reoccurring until we treated the root cause. She ordered a different test, and sure enough, my pup had Cushings. Dr. Harris went in detail over all the treatment options and was so patient with me and my 1000 questions. My dog has been on treatment for 2 months now, and she’s like a puppy again. The issues that had us being repeat visitors to the vet are gone all because Dr. Harris cared enough to recheck my dog’s history and connected the dots. I was so worried my dog’s 10th birthday would be her last, but after being under the care of Dr. Harris, I’m hopeful my dog still has several good years ahead of her."
