"Excellent experience from start to finish. The salesman, John Ramsey was very professional, accessible, (surprisingly a little) laidback and knowledgeable on the line of induction cook tops.....which was the reason for my visit. It was definitely not the typical pushy sales pitch like the other places I visited. After selecting a cooktop I couldn’t be happier with the scheduling and installation. The two installers were fantastic. They were very meticulous. It was not a straightforward job Because of having to cut the granite and installing a downdraft. They actually spent 4-5 hours to complete the installation and To do the job right. it looks great. My only negative feedback would be I wish I was informed of the power requirements of the 36” induction cooktop. It requires #6 wire with a 50 amp breaker......and the downdraft required a separate 110v power outlet. My 30” electric cooktop had the blower built in, so it used the 240v. I was also not aware the ge downdraft unit has a mounted on/off screen verses a button on top that I had seen in the store. All-in-all, a great experience and so far very happy with the new cook top. Amazing how fast water boils!"
