Don's Barber Shop

"A blast from the past that I most likely will not visit again. The main reason for the 2 stars, which would be 1 star but the barber was a nice guy (not the owner), is the price is too high for the quality of cut. As you can see in the picture my haircut is overall lopsided and not even on one side. The cost seems about average for the area but the quality/value for that price isn't there. They try to make up for it with other forced add on features included in that price, such as semi styling and using a razor, but isn't really necessary. Its just to fluff the price. In addition they want to charge contemporary prices for a place that looks like it hasn't been updated since the 60's. And, they don't tell you that you can't pay with a credit card until after the cut and expect you to use their ATM machine incuring a charge so that you pay even more for a haircut that isn't worth it. I can't say that they are so bad that I will never use them again but if there is another choice I would give the other place a try first. Again, the barber was a nice guy; which was the only good part of the visit."

The ladies here really know what they are doing! He even got a straight razor shave the last time he was there and his skin looked so good! Love this place for the family feel and great prices!"
