"Great products. Terrible customer service. Don’t send your wife here to get anything, she will be loading the products by herself in the buggy as well as the car. Even if you have a pickup order, you’re gonna be loading your own purchase in the car. But they won’t tell you that they’re not loading it. They will drop it behind your car and walk away and you’ll sit there 45 minutes waiting for them to come back to only end up loading it yourself."

We were greeted at the door and a design rep showed us the best value selections that are the most popular. She created a custom selection sheet with links to products to order. I’ve built and sold over three hundred homes in the lowcounty and I was very impressed. Great products and amazing staff. We now have a direct design rep when we need.
