"Great experience. Evan took care of me! Checked in online before I left for lunch break. Super easy check in process. Walked in, greeted warmly by the team. The online wait estimator was pretty accurate, i only sat for 5 minutes before Evan was ready for me. I got a line up around the edges with a fade on the sides and back. Great service, great conversation and a great cut. I would recommend this location and Evan any day!"

"Checked in online because it was a 2-1/2 hour wait. So after arriving and checking in at the store I waited another hour and still never even saw the stylist that I had an appointment with. After 30 minutes I was finally told that she was at lunch and would return soon. Well, after another 30 minutes of waiting and still no stylist, I left and will not return and I will tell everyone I know not to waste their time with Sports Clips. Thanks for your reply. Yes, I understand that the online Check-in is an online queue not an appt. system, however when I arrived and checked in at the store, I was next in the queue the whole hour that I sat there waiting on the stylist. Once again never even saw the stylist that I had checked in for, I was there over an hour, so of course the wait times will vary if the stylists aren't even there when they are supposed to be. I have used the online check in at many different places and never had to wait like that. Kind of defeats the purpose of checking in online. Maybe the online queue should reflect lunch times as well so that people aren't sitting in the lobby wasting there time."
