"I booked for 11:30 on StyleSeat, when I arrived (On Time) she (Joy) was also just arriving. She asked to do some else’s hair first. She braids way too tight. I’m in more pain than being able to enjoy my style. I have bumps on my scalp where the tight braids are. Tight braids can and will destroy the clients hair. Nothing I’ve tried is helping braid spray, leave in conditioner, warm water. I haven’t even had the braids a week and may have to take them out."

"I showed this dude a video of my cut 3 times and he didn’t even get close to the vid. Cut way too much off the top. There is loose hairs everywhere that are longer and just sticking out. The fade is barely even a fade??? And at the top of the fade my hairs are all straggly and poking. I have never had this bad of a haircut"
