"I recently had to purchase a Sub-Zero fridge in your Bluffton location. The process was awful. Nobody answers the phones. The voice mail states I can wait, but nobody answered for an hour. On four occasions when I left a message, the turnaround on a return call was never the same day. It wasn't easy. When we finally decided on the product and the price, they sent me a written quote which was more than $300 greater than the amount agreed. When I told them, they said, "I don't know how that happened, but I'll issue a new quote." I would describe my experience at that location as TERRIBLE...AWFUL...NON-RESPONSIVE. The message I got was, "the customers aren't important to us" and "we have no urgency to respond to customer request"."
