"We have rented bicycles from Island Cruisers for the past several years during our week at HHI. The bikes have always been in great condition and waiting for us!Last month when at HH, there was a slight discrepancy with delivery/pick-up dates( delivered a day earlier than anticipated thereby scheduled pick up a day earlier for week rental). Let me just mention how much we LOVE riding bikes daily at HHI!! I called Island Cruisers and talked to Jason..He was so kind and professional and promptly changed the reservation to reflect the additional date we needed our bikes without any additional charges or hassle!! He even offered some great recommendations for fun things to do around the island!!Customer service at its BEST! Highly recommend Island Cruisers for your bike rentals… until next time!!"

"I love renting bikes when I’m on vacation. Especially when I saw all the nice trails on Hilton Head, and an added bonus is the fact that you can ride the bikes on the beach! I live on the West coast and our beaches are too mountainous and the sand too soft to ride bikes on. I was so happy to a get this bucket list item checked off. Although, I want to do it again. I’ll definitely be back and rent from Island Cruisers again. They were so helpful and a pleasure to work with. Their Stand is very close to the beach and they have a great selection of bikes."

"So happy with the service we received from Island Cruisers Bike Rental on Hilton Head Island. We ran into several issues during our stay. There was one less bike than expected, then we had a tagalong (child's bike and connector to adult bike) stolen and a flat tire within the 1st 2 days of our stay. Island Cruisers were fair and quick to respond to our needs. We had all our issues taken care of in less than a half hour each time. We appreciated how fast they were and understanding of our needs. Very good experience working with them. When we come back again, we will definitely get our bikes from them!!"
