"Year Round Pool came out to locate and fix a leak in my hot tub. They billed me over $300, and then the hot tub was empty again the next day. They have refused to make this right, and insist I pay them for NOT fixing my hot tub on the previous visit before they will come back out. Pathetic customer service."

"Use these guys if you have to, but don’t use them if you can help it. They don’t meet deadlines, and they’re not responsive - but they sure do send their bills on time. Here’s our story: we finished all design and permitting work in January 2022. Yearround’s “finish team” started the first week of February 2022, but they haven’t “finished” yet — over 6-1/2 months later. They told me the pool would be done in 3-4 months, so we expected it by Memorial Day. Then they promised 4th of July. Then, the end of July. Now, they’ve stopped promising. Why has it taken so long? The excuses are endless. I now believe it’s just incompetence. The weather hasn’t been bad for Hilton Head - no hurricanes or tropical storms - and all the checks were sent as soon as requested, so we didn’t hold them up. Maybe it’s my “finish team” manager, but regardless, there’s more than enough incompetence, excuses, and just plain sorriness to go around. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy."

"Our technician did a reasonable job but they are very unprofessional when it comes to management and billing. It seems as if they take their customers for granted. There are far better and more affordable options for pool service available in the area."

"Weekly pool service was very good, great employee who did a good job. However as a new property owner I had a very poor service experience when I bought my new home and had some initial pool repairs done. It told several visits to fix a minor problem, only to find out the issues were not resolved. I had service back repeatedly over first couple months, and once things were finally resolved, I was over billed for repairs which were supposedly fixed just prior to us moving in. Conversations with customer service to talk through this were unprofessional even though I supplied emails documenting the overall issue. Good news I discovered this early as I’m just beginning as a new customer. I cancelled my agreement and will look for someone else."

"Allow me to start with the fact I know NOTHING about hot tubs. We got an inflatable outdoor hot tub because we saw it at a friend's house and it was exaclty what we needed. I went to YEAR ROUND POOL place and both, John and Jacob, were excellent in costumer service. Although we did not buy the tub from them, they sat with me and explained about alkalinity, ph, chlorine, etc. They didn't even know if they will get paid because I didn't say I would buy something from them (although I end up doing it in the end). The point is...they know their job, they are very good to explain things and in general especially if you are new with spas and hot tubs I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND these guys. Thank you !!!"
