"Well what can I say that is nice? There are good finds at times. Just when you think you found what you have been looking for....there is a tag that says not for sale. There are some people who volunteer who are friendly. Others are not. My incident was with the jewelry counter. TWICE. The person behind the jewelry counter is not a friendly person to customers. I placed empty flower pots on the counter to look at something and the volunteer at the counter walked around the counter, picked up the flower pots and moved them to the hold station. I said kindly they were mine and she replied as if she was not even speaking to me "flower pots do not need to be on my jewelry counter." We just walked away and did not buy anything. The items we still had in our hands along with the pots stayed at the store."

"Very disappointed with this thrift shop. I used to love this place, but today they made me really mad. I was about to purchase several blouses, which as stated at the clothing rack, were 50% off. A great buy, right? Well, as I was checking out, I commented that the blouses were 50% off and the check out lady said that they weren’t. I told her that there were signs posted about the sale and she argued with me saying that wasn’t the case. I decided not to purchase my blouses, and as I was about to take them back upstairs, she said to me in a degrading tone, “But they are only $3.” It’s not the price. It’s the principle of the matter and how they treat their customers."
