"We booked an appointment online 2 days before the appointment. When we arrived the barber was not in. One of the barbers in the shop called the guy and he said he wouldn't be in until later because he didn't know he had an appointment. Although it was scheduled 2 days before. The barber that was in the shop did not try to accommodate us. He told us to go across the street to the barber school that would be way cheaper. This was our first time coming here. Not a good look for business."
