"This salon was a gem when looking into the quality of work Diana and her daughter Juliana perform. They are great at what they do and they are kind ladies. I had to move on to a reliable business owner who values and honors the appointments they set with their clients. From day-of appointment no shows on her part, to my requests leading up to appointment day only to receive a response last minute that she was not going in, I decided to move on. I hope they can improve and become more reliable and considerate of their future clients' time, and show them that their time away from their busy lives for appointments matters. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- In response to the comment below, I have provided photos of the text correspondence (all in Spanish, sorry. & able to be seen on google maps photos since I had to edit my review) I had with Diana that proves I in fact did have appointments with her and she was a no show for one of them without notice leading up to my being there waiting for her arrival and the appointment to begin. After the fact, she said she'd sent sent me a message at noon that day letting me know- as you can see there is no other message that day. Either she lied, or Verizon misplaced the message, which we all know is close to impossible nowadays. She did apologize, which was nice, though I'd driven 30 minutes to be there in between my crazy schedule and felt I deserved at least a notice beforehand. The second message shows my texts confirming the appointment we had based on my calendar reminder (I also called but resorted to text when there was no answer or call back), then another again the next day when I didn't hear back, to learn (the day of the appointment) she was not planning on going in. To keep this appointment, I made sure to set my flight for work travel later that day against my business partners' preference of that morning. I asked Diana if her daughter, Juliana, would be available at our original set time and requested her number. I did not receive a response from Diana until after the said appointment would have been over. I value time and honor appointments unless something extreme happens, which I know is possible, and that's ok! Now, when you do this to your client more than once, it's a different story. To the owners, Diana and Juliana: I travel often on business (I own 3 businesses, manage 9 more), and my time is important. I'm organized, diligent, and expect the same respect I show others. I will not stand for the type of response below that questions my integrity and character. As business owners I hope you learn from this. Yes, you are both kind ladies who do quality work, I stand by my first sentence of this whole thing. Though, the way you've dealt with this entire matter questions your professionalism and consideration of clients tremendously."
