"LADIES BEWARE!!!!! The one star is because I can't rate a zero or I would. I went here and paid good money to have Sisterlocks installed. I should have listened to my gut when the first several scheduled visits I had were rescheduled at the last moment because Tami could NOT get to the salon on time. After meeting with her, she assured me that she had done several Sisterlock installations and that she was a perfectionist. Not!!!!! First, it took 3 days and 35 hours to install my locks(?????) because Tami arrived late, had to text, check her phone, find movies to watch, and even stop to work on other customers' while I was there for an install. How unprofessional! Then I went back for my retie after five weeks, which was what she suggested, only to sit there another 9 hours because of Tami's unprofessional work ethic. I vowed when I got out of that chair to NEVER return to this salon. SO, I called another locktician in the area to inquire about becoming one of her customers. She asked that I send pictures of my hair, which I did. She questioned whether or not I truly had Sisterlocks and wanted to meet in person to see them. Well, she informed me that the wrong pattern was used on my type hair. She said that I had locks that were as thin as lead and some that were on the verge of falling off. I even had clean spots in my head where Tami had pulled my hair out. She also informed me that a trainee should never had charged me $700 to install locks in the first place. I reached out to Tami about the fact that I was going to have to pay someone every four weeks to TRY to correct the damage done to my hair. Tami was going to check with her trainer to see what she should do..... Needless to say, I never heard a word back from her. Word to the wise, do plenty of research and find someone truly professional before you put your money out there. I am truly hurt and disappointed at this point and feeling like I need to cut my hair off and start over. Please see the pictures of the humps, bumps and falling off locks. FEELING CHEATED!!!!!!!"

"I love coming to this salon. The atmosphere is tranquil and relaxing. It’s never overbooked and when Sharon does my hair i feel I am her sole focus. I’ve be nature for several years so after all the work I put in the last thing I want is heat damage from a blow dryer and flat ironing. Sharon takes her time working to make sure my hair stays in great shape. I get so many compliments and I feel great about how my hair looks and its health. It’s great to have a stylist with so much knowledge and talent. Book an appointment I promise you won’t be disappointed."
