"I have been a patron of Frank’s since I moved to SC in May 2020. Sadly moving away, but I have always had a great experience with Lexi Ward. She does a phenomenal job with my haircut and I will always recommend her!"
"Very disappointed. My wife to be gave me a shave and a full facial massage. First of all let’s start with the hour I had to wait. I had an appointment, got there 15 minutes early and didn’t get called for my appointment for an hour. They brag about serving bourbon to drink while you wait. The lady at the front, when asked what the bourbon was could only say “free”. To someone who truly enjoys top shelf bourbons her answer was unacceptable. She didn’t seem bothered that she had no idea what they were serving. I was under the impression this was a classy place. I was wrong. The lady whose chair I sat in was not overly impressive either. For my shave—I found several areas the she missed with her “razor shave”. In actuality she used the electric shavers more than the straight razor. When I got home I finished shaving myself and getting the super smooth skin I expected from her razor shave. When she trimmed my beard—she left my sideburns clearly uneven and my goatee also uneven. I paid $135 plus tip for a lackluster, shoddy, hurried shave and massage. Total wast of money. The facial massage I felt was a farce too. Drawing circles around my eyes with her fingers is not very massaging yet that and leaving hot towels on my face was the process she used. Boring…. To put it bluntly I felt like my money was stolen from me. I will never go back to that place. Way overpriced and way under serviced."
"Ya’ll — LET ME TELL YOU HOW AMAZING Ginger is!!!!!! The way she attentively listens to what your looking to have done — the way she explains the choices she makes, and gives tips and tricks for styling — the way she maintains a level of professionalism, but feels like a friend. She is absolutely the reason I feel confident about my hair, and is 10/10 the person you want to cut your hair!!!"
"They changed to a system that requires you to provide a ton of personal information to book an appointment (credit card #, home address, etc). This is a breach of privacy and big risk to every customer. Data breaches happen all of the time. I’m not willing to risk identity theft or similar for a haircut. I reached out to my stylist directly to try and book without giving up all of this information and they wouldn’t do it. After years of being a generous tipper and never “no-showing”, it’s great to know my business isn’t appreciated. Maybe it’s for the better - I’d rather find somewhere that actually wants me as a customer."
