"Service was good, the waitress was EXTREMELY helpful! Great atmosphere, food ok. We had the fish and chips. You get one piece of fish on top of restaurant fries, all for $24. To us, that's a little pricey for what you are getting. The fish was ok, fries were....fries! I say that because when you look them up, it says, "Mr. Crisp focuses on fresh, thoughtfully prepared seafood through our signature FISH & CHIPS. " I assumed that the chips would be homemade. The fish was a different white fish, wasn't traditional Haddock or Cod. That was fine. It was a tad under cooked, though. I would give them a try if you're in the neighborhood."

"Mr. Crisp is our favorite restaurant in Greenville! The food is consistently delicious. (Even if you don't like seafood, they have fabulous meat and vegetarian options.) I love that they have solid staple items on their menu and seasonal rotating dishes. The same goes for the cocktails, wine, and beer on tap. The service is also top notch--the bar, serving, and management staff are all welcoming, kind, and helpful. Couldn't recommend more!"

"Mr. CRISP has the best seafood we have eaten in the Grenville area. We still have to try their sister restaurant, The Anchorage, but if you want to enjoy incredible food in a casual atmosphere with phenomenal drinks, look no further! My husband started with a variety of oysters. He loved being able to try oysters from different locations. I had the peel and eat shrimp. So fresh, spicy and wonderful. I had the Mahi and my husband had the octopus. The Mahi was roasted perfectly and the selection of vegetables to accompany, was diverse, unique and delicious. We had their famous toffee dessert and the sauce is incredible. The waiter was great at making suggestions. The restaurant is proud of their bartender and rightly so, the drinks were refreshing. I had a Bloody Mary and they make a homemade mixer that is fantastic! Can't wait to go back and try something else. Ate here a second time tonight. The peel and eat shrimp are so fresh, spicy and delicious. This appetizer could be a light meal I would enjoy a couple times in one week. My husband loves the super fresh oysters. There are always a variety of oysters to choose from and he got one of each kind tonight. They come with 4 different sauces to choose from. The fish and chips are so good. The fish is so fresh with batter so tasty that it really doesn't need any sauce at all. The chip (or fries) are fresh and tasty potatoes. They get the best potatoes here. I had homemade potato chips with a lobster roll and the chips were the best I have ever eaten! We love this place. The drinks are outstanding. I wish I could afford to eat here all the time!!!"

"Came here with my wife for a Friday night date. The food here is amazing and the drinks. Our favorite dishes were the fish & chip, mussels and fries and charred king mackerel. The sticky toffee pudding was warm and not too sweet. The service was fantastic and the atmosphere was modern. Parking was ample and the restaurant was easy to find."

"I've been to Mr. Crisp a handful of times with my boyfriend and every time we come, we are blown away with how tasty everything is! It is my new favorite place in Greenville and we've made this place our go to for special occasions. I love that they have a few different options for both food and drink every time we come back. I feel like whoever is leaving less than 4 stars doesn't appreciate the thought and care that goes into these dishes and drinks. ALWAYS super delicious, fantastic service and a great atmosphere!"
