India Palace Authentic Indian restaurant

"We came for lunch and ordered the veg/meat combo buffet platters. We loved the variety of choices. We noticed only three staff members were working front of the house and it seemed they were a smidge overwhelmed with the number of patrons but they did their best. The food was great and we're excited to return!"

"This is one of my favorite restaurants in the upstate because their food is always fantastic and the atmosphere is amazing. That being said, I just reheated leftovers from my meal there last night and found a baby roach in my food. It went directly from the bowl on the table to the box to the fridge so there's almost no chance of it having gotten in after leaving the restaurant, and it was mixed into the lamb korma so well I barely saw it in the first place. Food was lovely but I might hesitate to eat here again after this experience... I ate most of the meal between last night and today before finding that roach and lord knows if there was anything else in there. Extra protein, I guess."

"My husband and I went last week for our anniversary and the food was delicious! we each have a combination dinner I had the non-vegetarian version and he had the vegetarian version I absolutely loved the chicken tikka masala it is probably the best tiko masala I've ever tried better than saffrons! he really enjoyed the korma and his paneer tikka masala. I really enjoyed the combination dinner because you got to try three different things like a sampling of each. everything was perfectly seasoned the meat were tender and not overcooked. also everything was very mild if you prefer more of a kick I would recommend you to ask for. I also really recommend getting the spiced iced tea it was so good! highly recommend this place will be a definite go-to for us from now on!"

"Absolutely wonderful experience here at the Indian palace. The food came out nice and hot and spicy. I prefer very hot food and this place definitely hit my taste buds properly. Something about Indian food has to be prepared correctly in order to be enjoyed. I will return the next time I'm in South carolina. Customer service was great the gentleman continuously filled our glasses with water. We were asked whether or not everything was okay and that makes a difference because it shows they care enough to know whether or not they're satisfying their customers."
