"I took weeks of nonstop research and found that this was the best bike out there at this price point. I was torn between the Ride1Up Revv 1 and Escape’s Blaze Retro, but ended up going with the Blaze because honestly for roughly the same price you’re getting a much more powerful bike. Unfortunately The box arrived looking like it had rolled out of the back of the truck on the way to me. However, thankfully, the bike didn’t seem to be damaged in any way. I’ve now put almost 100 miles on it in the first 3 days and let me tell you this thing is a blast to ride. I can keep up with traffic easily when necessary and hills barely slow me down. The battery life is impressive as well with the option of buying additional batteries in the future to extend the range. I will be using it as my main source of transportation so I needed something solid, reliable, and fun, which describes it perfectly. Not to mention I loved supporting this company and its small business owner. He (the owner) even answered my call when I had a question, not some call center in Asia. The whole experience has been stellar, and I highly recommend you pick up a Blaze Retro (or whatever bike is your fancy) today!"

"Just got my step through Commander last week, and I must say it was a positive experience. Joel and Cayce were very patient with my wife ,my daughter, and I through multiple visits to their shop. "This is a great place to by an electric bike. especially if you are a first-time buyer. Joel and his wife are very friendly and knowledgeable about their Escapes bikes as well as other brands. The were very helpful with picking out our bikes. We bought an Himiway Big Dog for my wife and a Commander step through for myself. We spent about 3 hours there trying to figure out what bikes would be best for us. Never once did they seem to be frustrated with our lack of knowledge. Thanks for make it a great experience."

"We love our Escape Electric Bikes! I have ridden mine about 100mi now, and it is wonderful for pulling our bike trailer and still being able to tackle the hills! We did a 20mi bike ride with significant hills the other day and I still had 60% battery left! It was also amazing how well it takes the transition from road to grass. Someone pushed us out of the bike lane the other day, and had I been on my regular bike we probably would have turned over causing the trailer to flip and roll us down the hill. Thank fully the fat tires that come on this gripped the ground well despite the angle and we were safely able to continue our ride. This bike is amazing. The customer service is great as well. The owner answered every question we had and let us try out the bikes to see what we liked. This is my first e-bike so it was very helpful having him teach me how to use it and set it up. I would absolutely recommend Escape and their bikes!"

"Since I'm retired and had nothing better to do I spent lots of time researching many of the different brands, riding many of the different brands and talking to a whole lot of Bike shop personnel. Joel and Cayce were incredible to work with and just an inside scoop don't get into a corn hole toss with their son. He owns the boards and it was a pleasure meeting him. Now as far as the bike goes, what an incredible piece of machinery,I purchased the Commander Escape and it's a smooth ride. Now to be honest with you my brain thinks it's younger than my body and I originally purchased the throw your leg over model and after getting it home realized throwing my leg over just wasn't in my cards and Joel said bring it back and change it over to the step through.
