"Bought a water balloon pump at the store - just one, to see how it worked. The kids loved it. I went back for more, but they were sold out. No biggie. I ordered five more online, and paid their store price, plus their flat $8 shipping fee. That’s a lot for shipping small, lightweight items but I was buying in bulk so, again, no biggie.. Five Below sent me 2 and told me they sold out too quickly to fill the rest of my order. Only the water balloon pumps are still available to order on line… if I pay another “flat” shipping fee. So they’re clearly not sold out. I’ve tried their comments link, I’ve emailed them and I’ve sent them a Tweet. Crickets."

"2023-04: Sensory overload. It's a cute dollar store but a 5 dollar store.. And a 5.55 dollar store.. and $10.. and $15.. lol All in all, they have a lot of cute stuff. And fun. Michael was working the registers and he was really cool and pleasant. He's definitely an asset to this company. 2023-01: First time visiting a Five Below store. Didn't have much time to look around since I did visit near closing time and didn't want to hold up the employees. They had quite a lot of things off all different types and I look forward to going back when I have more time to see what all they have. Despite coming in so close to the store closing, the employee that greeted us was pleasant and welcoming."
