Lowe's Home Improvement 4305 Washington Road, Evans, GA 30809

"I am a veteran and have just made a purchase in the Evans Georgia store. When I got to the register I told the lady I had a Lowe’s card. She asked me if it was for military and I said yes. She told me I don’t get military discount on sale items. I told her I didn’t know if it was on sale or not but she said it was not and wouldn’t even scan my Lowe’s card. What is the use to have a military discount if Lowe’s is going to pick and choose what discounts we get. In most cases, you don’t know if it’s on sale or not. To me it’s either all or nothing. If you check my credit card, you will find out we do almost all of our business with you BUT I AM READY TO TAKE MY BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE! You’re going to lose a lot of business."

"Please try to find another option. The customer service is bad. An employee named “Sharon”, who works in doors dept, gave me the runaround all day trying to get my door issue resolved. She would tell me she would call me back several times. Never returned a call!!!!! My door issue is still unresolved. The installation company “INCREDIBLE INSTALLATIONS LLC”, is the WORSE. Please please don’t use them!!! The guy tells me he will be here 11am-1pm for installation. He comes at 8am. I call him and ask why are you so early? He goes to his truck and then notices that he is suppose to notify us on his arrival and that 11am was the installation time. So i had to rush from work to get there. Then he leaves to go handle other jobs until 11am. Those jobs pushed him wayyy off schedule. So he comes to my house at 3pm. He messed up a whole day. I was late getting my daughter from daycare. Then the installation work was not good. IF YOU USE LOWES FOR INSTALLATION TELL THEM NOT TO USE INCREDIBLE INSTALLATIONS LLC!!!!!"

"I have had good experiences when shopping here. I favor this store over the other competitor big home improvement store nearby (the one with the orange logo) because of how well organized this is. On more then one occasion, I left the other store frustrated after not having found the products I needed (even after asking for directions) and when I came over to this Lowe's, I found what I needed right away in the well marked, clearly labeled and organized aisles. Employees have been helpful when I asked for assistance and on the few occasions when I needed to make returns, it went smoothly."

"Went in to get paint last week and I told the gentleman what color I wanted and he kindly found the color in the computer and mixed it up. Very quick and helpful. I then went to get a 5 gallon bucket of the same color and had the most horrible experience. The man at the paint counter today refused to help finding the same color because he had other orders. Even though I waited my urn fairly in line. I then walked away and asked to speak with the manager and that went just as poorly. I explained my situation and instead of helping he just kept saying the guys was busy. Understandable, but I wasn’t asking for him to skip other orders as stated I waited my turn in line and was ready to wait for my order to be completed. The people in front of me took very long discussing all their color options and getting their questions answered but when it came to my order he didn’t have the time and refused to help. The manager continued to defend this man’s poor attitude and rudeness while rolling his eyes at me. My husband works for a large corporation spending thousands upon thousands at your stores and has never had such poor customer service by the Evans manager."

"We are doing a lot of renovating around the house and also improving our yard. I depend on Lowe’s for most of the items I need to do so, and they are reliable. I also enjoy going to Lowe’s and checking out the potted plants they have marked down, as well as returned paint! Amazing prices!"
