"Jake was disrespectful while doing a refund of preorder games due to me moving. While speaking on speaker phone (for all of the customers in the store to hear) with another store associate about my refund he call me a liar and a said it seems like a Karen to me. At no time did I say or act in an unprofessional manner… I was told by Jake that the games were paid in full $128.38. When the games rung up at the other store. The total came out to $149.78 a difference of $21.40. When I told the cashier that the games were paid in full that I shouldn’t have a balance, he repeated the comments to Jake where Jake made is disrespectful comments while on speakerphone to me, saying it’s obvious that he didn’t pay for all of it upfront (which is a lie ),and that I appear to be a Karen and that he didn’t have any time for this and hung up the phone. I don’t know if Jake pocketed the extra money or if he didn’t know what he was doing… But there was no reason to be disrespectful when all I had been, the whole time was polite. The cashier at the other store was appalled and immediately attempted to call customer relation lines to report (Jake)the manager at the other store."
