"BUYER BEWARE, COMPANY WILL CHEAT YOU. We bought a spray sunscreen bottle for an out of the country beach trip. While on the trip and upon unwrapping it, it absolutely would not spray. I returned the product, clearly still full due to its weight, and since I didn't have the receipt with me, they literally gave me 52 cents also in a store credit. Really!! I'm okay with and understand getting a store credit, but not the cheating me... not to mention my time and trouble for Ross selling defective merchandise not inexpensively replaced where we were. We paid a little less than $7 using a credit card, so they cheated us for the remainder. ALL OTHER STORES WE DEAL WITH GIVE A FULL REFUND, INCLUDING TJ MAXX. GO TO TJ MAXX INSTEAD. We plan to NEVER shop at Ross again. (By the way... If this refund policy is due to theft and thieves returning the item, that isn't us and that's a problem you should address rather than make it my fault with your defective merchandise but "steal from me once shame on you, steal from me twice, shame on me.""
