"My fur baby was dropped off at 1:30. I waited in my vehicle since weather was nice. I went in at 4pm to check on her progress and the groomer told me she just washed Zoey and she drying and I asked her how long she told me 45 minutes. I ask her can I get my baby because if she’s just getting washed so what she been in a kennel this long . So I got her and she wasn’t even wet. I really don’t like to be lied to and I don’t understand why she was just being washed at before 4 and your employee taken plenty of smoke breaks . I will not be returning after this"
