"The staff is fairly friendly.The store is well kept.Sale items are in stock and the restroom is clean. The staff for the store has been attentive when visited (no every and not all).The downside is the wait time to get a prescription filled. 15-20 minutes is understandable but it's never less than one hour. This is absurd. Several customers do not live close to the store and having to wait an hour or more for a prescription is unacceptable. And more times than not, they are out of the prescription needed so you have to go elsewhere or or get what they do have and come back the next day or wait for the next shipment to arrive. It is very inconvenient for customers as well as frustrating. Fred's is next door and they have a pharmacy also.I'm sure CVS has lost loyal customers to Fred's Pharmacy due to these issues.Possibly if customers did not go to the pharmacy just to "chat" as stated by one reviewer, the staff could be more efficient in their service.So,now I'm not sure it's the staff,maybe it's the inconsiderate customers not allowing the staff to do their job because they want to chat with the employees."
