"The WORST customer service experience at this location today! My wife and I stood at the Print/Ship desk for over 10 minutes and weren't even acknowledged as being there. We were COMPLETELY ignored as if we were invisible! We shop this location fairly regularly, but after today, we'll be taking our business elsewhere."

"They’ve partnered with Amazon to process returns but didn’t have the capability to do so when I showed up, returns in hand. I got more of a feeling that they just didn’t want to process the returns though. This place is on its last legs."

"Nothing out of the clearance bin rang up correctly. The person checking me out did not want to help and told me it must be full price things that customers placed in the clearance bin. Only after I refused to buy them at full price did she begrudgingly check."

"Clearly one of the worst Staples In Savannah Georgia.. Employees are rude and they don’t mind ignoring you and avoiding helping you. I went there yesterday and it was 3-4 employees working and only 1 attending to the customers AND SHE HAD AN ATTITUDE!! Like it’s our fault y’all are UNDER STAFFED AND UNDER PAID! I’ll go to OFFICE DEPOT INSTEAD!!"
