"Had counters installed by them about a month ago, in our master bath and laundry room. They did a great job, they were professional, on time, and everything looked great. Found out yesterday (slow project) that the holes for the sinks weren't big enough (my fault, not theirs). Called them this morning asking them to come back out to re-drill it, offering to pay, since it wasn't their fault. They still stood by it and offered to come back out this coming Monday, free of charge. What a great company. I will definitely be using them for my kitchen counters this coming year."

"My experience with Kellie & Polly was very good. They were knowledgeable, helpful and patient with me. The installers (3) were nice young men. After they left I discovered the counter top they installed was about 1/4 short on 2 ends. I sent pictures to Polly, she sent their installation mgr., and that’s where things went south! He was very rude, disrespectful and vulgar. He used profanity in the presence of my husband and myself. I told him not to use profanity in my home and to leave, immediately. I read the comments from other MultiStone customers and all I can say is they’re fortunate not to have had to deal with A- - -, the installation mgr. I would never recommend MultiStone to anyone!! If he’s the best they have, they’re in trouble. He’s unprofessional, ill-mannered and vulgar. When you’re an employee of a business, you’re the face of that business. From the moment you begin working for a company/business you represent that business/company. Even outside working hours, one is still an employee of that business/company. The public still equate you as their employee. Hopefully, if he’s wise he won’t run off at the mouth to anyone else. The way the world is today, a lot of people aren’t as civil as I am."

"A most pleasant experience. We dealt with Shannon, Tammy & Sarah. They were very accommodating to our changes in scheduling due to entire kitchen renovation. They kept us in the loop on timing for countertop templates, letting us know when the quartz slab was in so that we could come in to look at it & date of installation. Eric the installer was professional & did a great job on the installation.Countertop quality & beauty exceeded our expectations. Very highly recommend these fine folks."
